ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DESIGN AND TESTING

AGT Engineering provides Electrical Engineering services to the Mining, Heavy Industrial and Commercial sectors. From concept studies, design, site installation and commissioning.

AGT Engineering can also provide electrical and mechanical drafting services using Autocad, Electrical System analysis (Load-flows, Protection Studies, and Fault Analysis), compliance auditing to major Electrical and Mining standards, as well as equipment documentation services (Verification Dossier).

Andrew at AGT Engineering has had 15 years experience in the Mining and Heavy Industry sector, and has provided designs, overseen manufacture, installation and commissioning of small start/stop control stations, through to large automated conveyor belt starters and MCC switchboard for use in Underground mining (Coal and Metalliferous). Electrical systems from 24VDC control to 66kV High Voltage Substation Design.

Andrew has spent time working for Standards Australia on the EL-23 Committee, developing revised electrical mining standards such as AS3007, AS/NZS4871 and AS/NZS2081. Contact us for a compliance audit on your plant or Installation.
